The Freecycle Network™ is made up of  8,958,160 members around the world. This website promotes getting rid of your excess stuff to other people, instead of the landfill. There is an active site here in Story County. It's a great way of recycling. Go Green!

You can use this website to share documents, videos and  photos with people all over the world, or even just a fellow student here at Ames High. This is especially helpful when doing a group project where multiple people have to use and see the same information.

Google Translate
This Google tools website is used to translate words, phrases or even Web pages from English to just about any other language. There is also a feature that you can use to hear the words spoken in any language.

This Internet radio website is free and customizable to your own musical tastes. I can listen to just about anything as I'm doing my homework on my computer. You can even search by different genres of music in order to broaden my musical tastes.

Facebook is the website for social media. The website currently has over 900 million users from all over the world. You can share stories, photos, links and just about anything on Facebook. This is the way that many teenagers communicate today.

Organization

Cozi is a website dedicated to organizing a busy family. You can generate lists and most importantly calendars. My mom uses this website in order to make a family calendar of all our activities. It's supposed to keep me organized too!

Assignment 14: Animoto

I made this little video for my mom using Animoto.  Happy Mothers Day Mom!  The song is I'll Be There by Mac Miller feat. Phonte of his mixtape Best Day Ever.  I do not, nor have i ever, owned the rights to this song.

Assignment 13: PSAs

 
I made this PSA on Organ Donation.  It is a very important thing to me, because i almost lost my uncle due to almost not finding a kidney in time.  He eventually got the kidney, and I'm always thankful to the donor, his best friend, Bob.  Well, I should stop rambling about this, enjoy the video!
